As a US Navy veteran, I retired as a disabled veteran following an accident. This chapter of my life taught me resilience and adaptability. After retiring, I decided to pursue my passion for business and further my education. I immersed myself in studies, earning degrees that would lay the foundation for my career in project management.
Throughout my 20+ years of experience, I’ve always been driven by a sense of purpose and a commitment to excellence. My mind is constantly seeking ways to improve things around me, whether it’s finding innovative solutions or enhancing processes. This mindset inspired me to establish Stefan Financial and Management LLC, where I could apply my knowledge and experience to make a tangible difference for businesses.
