Founded by Laurentiu Stefan Mocanu, SFM was built on resilience and experience. After two decades of working across industries and countries — from hospitality to carpentry, from the U.S. Navy to academia — Laurentiu realized that businesses and individuals succeed when they combine discipline, strategy, and self-awareness.
With advanced academic training (BSFM, MBA, MAHRM, MAHUB) and international work across the USA, Romania, and London, he created SFM to bridge business consulting, project management, and personal development under one trusted entity.

From walking 37,000 steps a day to attend job interviews to completing three master’s degrees with honors, Laurentiu’s journey reflects resilience, clarity, and determination. His mission is to help others achieve success by aligning personal growth with professional excellence.
